One star deduction is because their multiple systems are not consistent. The return was very easy, pulled in, left the key and we were done. We switched to it and had a great 9-day vacation with it. It was 3-row and perfectly for our party of 5. A 2023 KIA Sorento pulled in while we were loading. (The counter did have a fair-size queue, which was probably 20-min to 30-min wait.) We found some regular SUV and cars there. We came in 9:30am and went directly to the Gold/President Circle area. We booked a midsize car, which enabled us to pick any car in the President Circle/Gold/Five Star. We are President Circle member through Capital One Venture X credit card. I was really concerned as the review was horrible (as of ).
